The first physical counterpart of Fortune Cookie has been set up as a postcards installation at West Space gallery during the exhibition Can we please play the internet?, curated by Rosemary Willink in occasion of the Next Wave festival.

The installation presents the results of both the users’ web image archive as well as the search engines’ web image one.

In the former the links to the images returned in response to the query dream from a sample of ten different image search engines are organized into clusters. Each cluster is treated as it was collected by an out-and-out test subject, and thus it is introduced accordingly by means of a personal profile.

In the latter the links to the images submitted by the participants and collected through this site are aggregated together in a single cluster.
